Welcome to Sav-A-Life Shelby!

Women are seeking help as they face the possibility of pregnancy. They desire to receive the resources they need to make informative decisions about their current situation. Sav-A-Life Shelby is here to fill that need.

Sav-A-Life Shelby, Inc. is a ministry that exists to glorify God through sharing the gospel, love, healing and hope of Jesus Christ to women in crisis, while upholding the sanctity of human life.

A nonprofit organization founded in 1985 in Birmingham, Alabama, Sav-A-Life Shelby serves the Lord Jesus Christ, and the women and families of Shelby County.

To respond to the needs of these women, free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds are provided, as well as counseling and programs developed to share God’s Word, and provide educational, inspirational, and insightful information. In doing so, we work with local churches and agencies to give additional support to women facing pregnancy.
