Women First Pregnancy Center of Sav-A-Life Shelby Inc., is dedicated to offering free and confidential services in a compassionate and loving environment to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancy decisions and other sexual issues.

- Ultrasounds performed by licensed nurses trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound under the supervision of a medical doctor
